Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Manager who is fluent in Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu to lead our customer service team and cater to our growing Asian community clientele. As a Customer Service Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional service delivery, building strong relationships with clients, and supporting our team to meet customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide personalized support to our Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu-speaking customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Team Leadership: Train, coach, and manage a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they deliver consistent and outstanding service.
  • Client Engagement: Act as a liaison between the company and the South Asian community clientele, resolving issues promptly while building trust and loyalty.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to enhance the customer experience and address common challenges.
  • Multilingual Communication: Provide translation or interpretation support for customers with limited English proficiency in Punjabi, Hindi, or Urdu.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a database of customer interactions, track satisfaction metrics, and implement improvement plans.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure that the customer service team adheres to company policies and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and understand the needs of South Asian clients.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and customer service software is a plus.
